He has shared his expertise through courses in Organizational Communication, Psychological Assessment, and Employee Counseling at NASA and Sierra University. Co-developing an Employee Assistance Program at the Stanford Research Institute and consulting for the Palo Alto Medical Foundation are among his notable contributions. He has been instrumental in training doctoral students across various institutions, including El Camino Hospital and Sierra University, and is the past president of the San Francisco Psychological Association.
